"Absolutely loved this hotel. We unfortunately only spent one night here for our last night in Paris to be closer to the airport for our flight out. The second we walked into the lobby in the evening, instant regret for not showing up earlier. Once we got settled in our room we wished we had spent 2 night there just to enjoy a full day at the hotel. The staff were great, room was great. Our first room AC didnt work and it got quite hot. They tried to fix it and when they couldnt, they moved us into a new room. Rooms were spacious and quiet with a huge tv. Lobby had swings in it. Perfect place to lounge. Breakfast was great. Plenty of snacks in the lobby to purchase, as well as food from the bar. And free shuttle to the airport. We never made it to the pool but if i come back to Paris I would spend more time at this hotel."

"A very good stay overall. The room was large, had a great view and was very comfortable. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but the gym is very good, has a decent number of equipment pieces and dumbbells up to 30 Kg, and, being on the 38th floor, amazing views. The breakfast buffet was consistent day to day but very comprehensive and solid quality. Access is also handy, with two metro lines and the RER close by, and a bus route to CDG."

"The bed is comfortable and the towels are thick and plush. But rudeness at the check in desk is not a great way to greet guests. Also, the hotel blocks all ability to stream or cast to the TVs. They have zero to one English language channels despite a large portion of their guests being English speakers. Our bed linens had two large tears in the top corners, which would not be expected of a luxury hotel."

"Lovely staff. I really appreciate their helpfulness and attitude. Great stay near the airport with a few good restaurants etc. nearby - a place I love to stop when passing through Paris for a quick layover. There is also a park within walking distance. It's a great place to rest and refuel before or after a journey."
