Villa 'Margarita's 5' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Margarita’s Villa V is one of five autonomous villas located on the 10,000-square-meter grounds of the Margarita’s Villa complex, surrounded by olive groves with views of the mountains and sea. All villas are designed to ensure complete privacy from one another.



Villa V is ideally situated between the center of Chania and the town of Agia Marina, close to many sandy beaches. This two-storey villa covers 190 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests in its four bedrooms.



Ground Floor



Upon entering the villa, you will find a spacious open-plan area featuring an air-conditioned living room with a large sofa, satellite HDTV with Netflix, an indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality fixtures, appliances, and an island breakfast table. Stone walls add character, while floor-to-ceiling double doors from the living room open to the outdoor terrace. The spacious master bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed (1.70 x 2.00 m), an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a window overlooking the pool. There is also a Family Room on the ground floor, which includes a bedroom with a king-size bed (1.70 x 2.00 m) and large sliding doors that open to a terrace with mountain views. This bedroom leads to a common area with a bathroom featuring a bathtub, a laundry area with a sink, and a staircase to a loft bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m and 1.20 x 2.00 m), a window with mountain views, and air conditioning. Additionally, there is a WC on the ground floor.



First Floor



The first floor has two bedrooms. One bedroom features a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and two private balconies. The second bedroom has two single beds.
