Would you like to stay to a place, in which you will have the option after you wake up in the morning and before your breakfast, to walk down the stairs and dive into the sea on a golden coloured sandy beach with crystal clear waters?
Then stop looking as the “Lifeguard” Luxury Flat is what you were looking for! It is a seafront place (right behind the actual lifeguard’s place, thus the name of the flat), just 15 meters from the beach, and a balcony with a great view.

The flat has an area of 87 square meters, located in Stalos, right before Agia Marina and Platanias, around 10min drive to the city centre (6km). Fully equipped, comfortably sleeps up to 5 people in 2 single and 1 double bed and a sofa bed. Perfect for friends and small families who want to enjoy life next to the beach, in one of the most popular locations in the north of Chania! Also groceries and supermarket is within 1-3min away on foot.

During the night, you will be able to spend hours at the balcony, listening to the waves of the sea, while you sip your favourite wine with your friends, someone special or your family!
There is a private yard between the flat and the sea, so please use the carven logs to sit, and enjoy your meals and breakfasts right next to the beach

• Kitchen
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the necessary small and large electrical appliances for preparing any meal you feel like.

• Bathrooms
The bathroom consists of a shower and we offer all essentials (toiletries/towels etc) for your stay! There is one more W/C that has a toilet and the washing machine

• Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms, one has a queen size double bed, and the other two singles. Each bedroom has bedside tables, and wardrobe. Also, there is a small vault in case you want to place some important belongings.
Of course we provide linens for the duration of your stay.

• Living Room and Dining Area
The living room is modern and spacious with a sofa (can be converted to a bed for one), two comfortable chairs, two elegant tables and the appropriate floor lamp to set the mood during the night.
The dining area is also spacious and it has 6 chairs and a big table.

• Outdoors
A fantastic seafront balcony, with an amazing view, from where you can enjoy your breakfasts or just comfortably relax after a day at the beach. Oh yes... the beach is just under the house... 15 meters away. You can walk barefoot on the sand, under the thick tree shade, and enjoy your meals or just a frozen cold beer, listening to the sea! (please don't swim right after your meal. Wait at least for a couple of hours!!)
Right next to our flat there is a hotel, where you can order you breakfasts or visit any time of the day and use its pool if you prefer it that way.
Dont forget the private yard, and the carven logs… Its great as the sun sets.

There are large night clubs for the ones who want a vibrant nightlife (at Agia Marina and Platanias), a great choice of bars, cafes, and restaurants, some of the best beaches of the north of Chania within…2-10 minutes drive. Amazing beach pool bars that serve refreshments and cocktails. Of course, all kinds of shops and services are all around within close proximity (5-10min on foot or 2-3min drive).
You won't miss a thing.

You can easily find a place to park outside the flat. Furthermore, there is an easy access to the motorway to go to Elafonisi, Balos, Falassarna or to other cities like Rethumno and Herakleion without having to go through heavy traffic.
BONUS: Great bus connection to/from the city centre. Bus stop right outside the flat!
