« I had reservations so check-in and check-out were quick and easy and the rates were reasonable. Upon entering the room I did a bed bug check and found the bed clear of bugs, a big plus. I stayed five nights and never found any evidence of bed bugs.
I found that the toilet seat was very loose as was the faucet in the sink. I brought this to the attention of one of the staff and it was "fixed" within minutes. While they did make the situation better, it still could have been better. Not a...

« I reserved a king, non smoking room but was given a double wreaking of smoke. Upon entering the room, the floor was dirty and the walls has items thrown in them.
