« This rental has it all. Located in the woods close enough to Kings Beach to enjoy the all the amenities, but away from the traffic and crowds. Comfortable and beautifully appointed unit, with spa, pool and excellent hiking trails. We were here for the 4th of July and hiked the nearby trail to the beach to watch the fireworks. Wonderful! »

« We had a wonderful time during our stay. The host was always available for questions or concerns. Unfortunately, a lot of the amenities at the resort were closed which we were not aware of until checking in. For example, the slide was closed, the recreation area was closed, and the resort was out of a lot of products/food/drinks. »

« The property was impeccably clean. New state-of-the-art appliances. Nice furnishings. Comfortable beds. Great location near pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. Parking right in from of the unit for two cars, and additional parking just behind is a big plusThe only drawback was that the common (living room) has limited seating. There is a nice deck with a big dining table, but that would not be ideal in cold weather. »

« Our stay was great! The room is a basic hotel room. It did have a mini fridge which was not listed on the amenities but was great because we were traveling with a baby. The room provided great views of the putting green/golf course and mountains. Only downfall of the room was it was a “connecting” room and unfortunately the people who stayed next to us were extremely loud/yelling during late hours of the night and early morning. « What went well: Closer to Kings Beach, surrounded by trees, ample car parking space, nice pool, and clubhouse. The kitchen was good. What needs improvement: The property is not up to the mark for the price paid. I have stayed in other places that were even better for 3/4 of the price I paid here. Very congested studio room. 1 bunk bed, and it was suffocating. The couch in the living room was not comfortable at all; it kept moving and caused discomfort. « Everything was as described beautiful clean property. We stayed here prior and the pool was much warmer that would be the only downfall it wasn’t ice cold but not as nice as prior trips. The location next to the beach and pools is perfect. »
