« Absolutely Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing stay at Knickerbocker Mansion and Estates! The property is beautiful, charming, and peaceful. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the hospitality was excellent. Patrick was very friendly, thoughtful, and responsive throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway! »

« J’ai adoré ! Tout est simplement super, la décoration, le confort, la propreté, les échanges avec la personne par mail…. Merci on reviendra avec plaisir! »

« I really like this place and I plan to visit soon next year! Best part is dog friendly :) »

« hotel bien situé au coeur de big bear a cote de la rue pietonne »

« Un petit cocon avec des plus au sein de l'hébergement, popcorn, café, produits d'hygiène, diffuseur décodeur. Une belle déco et une bonne literie. »

« WOW - from the minute I first googled this place to the stay, to the incredible breakky & hosts, we were thrilled. It was just as beautiful as I expected - only regret is we didn't stay longer! We will absolutely be back - thank you :) »

« The hotel is new, very clean, complimentary cofee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby with marshmallows for kids 😁 Movie room in the lobby for kids. The room is very nice, big enough for our party of 5, with kitchen just like at home (dishwasher, refrigerator…) Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. They charge $20 for the parking per night. We will come back »

« What a great cabin. Super close to everything, comfortably appointed, and easy to check in & out. »

« My husband an I stayed at The Burgundy for one night. It was a last minute plan and were able to book a room for a good price. The staff was very nice and helpful. However, it did take a couple of minutes to check-in. The room was not luxurious but it was clean and comfortable. Internet was terribly slow and we had to connect to our own Wi-Fi. I would recommend this place if you are looking for something basic and affordable. Location was nice and close to The Village. »

« L'hôtel était super... Cependant, l'option petit déjeuner reste à désirer. J'ai pris l'option que j'ai payé au moment de la réservation et ben ils m'ont facturés une 2ème fois carrément retiré sur ma carte. J'ai signalé à la réception mais toujours pas remboursé. »

« Wasn’t good experience. Room wasn’t clean enough. Very old furniture. They need to do some remodels on their property. From 1 am to 5 am, neighbour was making loud noise and singing, and at 8 am they go to sleep. Not enough towels for two persons in bathroom! Lots of small and important things in to be changed in their property. Pillows are not comfortable at all! They had old carpet! The location is amazing, there are amazing walk ways nearby, but in front of property there is a construction...

« The cabin is in a great location right by the resort. It does need some attention though as the rooms are freezing and there were no space heaters. The big heater only heats the hallway and kitchen so bring something to keep warm at night in the bedrooms. The shower barely works, most of the water fills the tub and doesn’t come out of the shower head. Also there is very limited hot water so if you have more than 2 people staying here showering can be time consuming while you wait for the heater...
