"We were given a very dirty room. Then transferred to another room that has a non flushing toilet. When front desk staff was informed, she replied “what do you mean?” I said it again, toilet won’t flush. No one came to fix it for the whole duration of our stay. Never again will I book in that hotel. Sorry. I think we paid more than what we got.l and we did not deserve that room."

"What a beautiful couple who are actually owner of this motel. Sam and Monica. They described me the history of route 66 that I never knew. My son was too excited after knowing the history of Kingman. Hotel rooms are little bit outdated but we were there for overnight stay. 🏨🛌 Additional tip- Visit the Punjabi Dhaba restaurant 10 mins away from this Motel. Amazing Indian food. Options are limited but taste was amazing. 🍜🌶️"

"The floors were dirty, and the tiles were peeling up. Bathtub was filthy. Paid for handicap accessible but had a bathtub, the screen over the ac unit had dirt and mold so no telling what we were breathing, the pillars outside the doir were broken and falling apart, the screen on the bathriom tap was half clogged so it sprayed everywhere, and the Hotels.com price said full price was $74 but I was charged $83.99. Also said room had refrig and microwave but had neither. Had an 8.0 rating...must have been from 1980...I would give it a 2. "

"My recommendation is to stay somewhere else. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, and the restaurant smelled even worse. There are signs all over the place that state it's a no smoking facility, yet the staff is at the entrance to the lobby puffing away. We had some dirty towels nicely folded in our bathroom, as if they were clean. The sink was clogged, and the TV didn't work. The reviews state that this was a 7.2 star hotel. It most definitely is not. "
