"This was my second time staying here. The room wasn’t very clean. It needs a detail. The bathroom grout was disgusting. It reminded me of a party hang out this time. Multiple rooms had people hanging out with the door open and in the hall smoking cigs and weed, loud music. That isn’t the hotels fault but it’s just not my vibe. I want quiet and peace. Room 328 I think."

"Customer service was terrible it seemed like they didn’t want to accommodate us the customers had attitudes except one young man his name was Owen he was helpful but the other two were terrible need to go back to customer service school or fix there attitude wouldn’t recommend this place even my worst friend"

"They put me in a room right by the elevators which made my stay very loud. The toilet in the room just kept running all day and night adding even more noise. The light in the bathroom was damaged and very dim. The closet is located inside the bathroom (which is odd) and the door just stuck out and would not close properly. But it is very convenient and located next to everything with an amazing view. "

"Super Tiny rooms for the price. Uncomfortable to move around in. You have to walk sideways to get between the TV and the bed. And I’m not obese. The shower is also tiny. One elevator didnt work. We found someone’s used sock underneath the bed. I’ll never be staying there again. Mostly because of the room size. I mean, if they really wanted to, they could expand the rooms, but they would have less money to squeeze out of the hotel."

"Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool. Great to sit poolside and enjoy the music and firepits. Staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. Great location to walk around the Gaslamp district and go to a ballgame."
