« This apartment was very roomy & comfortable and can't beat the location! I was staying for a multi-day meeting at the convention center and this worked out beautifully! Would also be great for anything at the Toyota Center (right across a small park). As others have mentioned, it is noisy - earplugs are provided, though! Kitchen is small but serviceable. Host very responsive to my inquiries. The security for the building is very good - gates and electronic lock. Neighborhood streets got crowded...

« I stayed for four nights and there was one toilet paper roll only. I was requested to dump the trash in the trash room, which was locked when I took the trash in the morning and didn't get instructions about that! Lighting is horrible, it's very dark, specially the bedroom and that hurt my eyes. The water pressure in the bathroom/shower is low. Definitely very loud area even after midnight, plus a lot of homeless, so consider that if you are planning to walk like me. »

« Fantastic location close to everything….bars restaurants would definitely stay there on our next visit to Houston Montrose area. Only recommendation would be to get some air fresheners. Otherwise five stars and will stay there again. »

« The apartment itself was clean and chick. Good secure parking for the car. But on the mat going in LOTS of what appeared cat hair likely by a neighbor. Neighborhood from Apt to Convention Center had a number of homeless so not recommended for nighttime walking. Fortunately no problems or issues and handing out of oranges and apples seemed to be appreciated. »

« We had a problem checking in. There was an issue with the key fob. They said it would take 2 hour to resolve and we waited 4 hours out on the curb. We missed the event that we flew from Philly to attend. They told us they would give me s a 100 dollars for dinner but instead left us 50. The place was duty, we had to clean and wash all of the bedding and linens. I not recommend or ever stay there again. It was a bad experience. « This was an okay stay. These are the reasons why it was just okay.. My check in got pushed from 4pm to 7pm. Mind you my plane landed at 11AM, but they extended my check out to 1PM. Bed was super comfortable, it just honestly didn’t have a comforter it was like a bunch of sheets on my bed. Clean for the most part, walls super thin, and I’m sure it’s a spot in the mural that’s mold near the window. Neighborhood was safe and quiet! And it’s in the heart of Montrose for the people »
