« The bathroom was cold during my stay, no heat. There was no parking available in front of the house as the host mentioned, he didn’t shovel the snow so I parked two blocks away and I was chased out of the space I parked by a resident. The room could use thicker curtains for privacy. Linens and pillow cases were unclean. Other than that it was quiet area. »

« The host was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Excellent and immediate communication. Good, quiet location between Islip airport and Port Jefferson. The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul. »

« This studio is fabulous! We were here for a week for several family events. It is roomy and comfortable with a full kitchen, everything to make a perfect stay. « House is super cute. Much smaller than it looked, but comfy. No heat in the bathroom, which was super cold when taking a shower. Host was pleasant and easily reached. Could benefit from more instructions on things like locking the door keypad or what trash needs to be recycled. Would stay there again »

« We had a great experience. Neil was a great host; very responsive and communicative. The place was very clean, and had just about all we needed. The beds are so comfortable!! We felt safe in the house and in the neighborhood. The only thing we wished, was that it had a microwave. No big deal, (you can air fry in the oven) but other than that, it was great. »
