"The hotel is great and in a great location. The parking situation is a little strange. You basically have to pay the valet rate if you want to park there at all. We enjoyed the hotel but the staff is underwhelming."

"First time I stayed at this hotel and I was surprised at how well it was maintained. I visit Blackhawk/ central city once or twice a month and I usually stay in the Blackhawk part. I decided to try the century for a change and I am glad I did. The staff was awesome and my room was shocking I must say. It was extremely clean and well furnished. I had high ceilings with windows that went almost floor to ceiling and over looked one of the main streets. Very historic feel in a great way. It is well preserved which is one of the reasons it is now one of my top choices for the area. I am disabled with limited mobility and if I would have had to navigate this alone it might have been a bit of a challenge but I asked at the desk for a bellmans cart to help bring in my bag and they insisted that a staff member assist me which was very much appreciated. I did not spend much time in the casino on this visit as I was meeting friends at another location the casino was also clean and had the same historic feel in a good way. I really can not find anything negative to say about this property. The owners, management and staff obviously care a lot about this property and it shows."

"I had a great stay. The breakfast was ok not as good as people act but everything else was great for the price. "

"The location was prefect and the staff were very nice. However we did have issues with 2 rooms and ended up having to move to 3 different rooms. The staff was accommodating but it was still very frustrating and time consuming. Also the mountain view did not give you a view of anything but a tree and the parking lot! The breakfast was delicious and if you're planning to go to a concert this is the right place for you. "
