"This property is very expansive, and it is very difficult to find your room. The person at check in spoke so quickly and softly that I had to ask him to repeat himself after everything that he said. He gave me a map to find the room, but I misunderstood the scant information he provided. We had to ask a maintenance person to find our room. The room was so far from the lobby that I really dreaded the walk. The rooms are very nice but somewhat dated. There was a balcony outside my room but nothing to sit upon. And, getting the screen and window open was next to impossible, very heavy and stuck. There is only a breakfast restaurant, which is excellent with a very pleasant outdoor patio. The bar had a sports channel with the tv so loud that it was difficult to converse. Service was poor."
