"Initially I ordered a pool view room. I was advised to change that and I am really glad I did. The room’s window is opened to the indoor pool’s hall. We checked in to a quiet room and could park the car close to entry B. The breakfast was great. With all kids of machines and robots that prepare the meal for you. And the warm food was replenished consistently by the wonderful worker that is in charge of that department. Very clean and tasty. Maybe the coffee could have been better. The pool is very big for an indoor hotel pool. I swam there alone w my daughter, doing laps and it was really wonderful "

"I will recommend this hotel as a place to stay if visiting the area. Everything was exceptional. The only complaint would be the smell of our room. It was obviously a smoking room previously, as soon as you open the door the stale cigarette smoke odor was prevalent. There was a burn in the carpet between the beds as well. Not much aside from renovating the whole room & air ducts would fix that. It is now a no smoking facility, much appreciate that! The beds were comfortable, the room was clean & quiet. It had a nice little balcony, too! I need to give a shout out to the overnight front desk attendant, Faith. What a terrific lady! She went above & beyond. Dealing with all of the concert goers, keeping a friendly demeanor no matter what the circumstances. There were a few of us in the lobby for quite a while, visiting & getting food. She interacted with us & gave advice on delivery options for take out. Faith is definitely an asset to Fireside Inn & Suites Beautiful pool area, indoor & out. Easily accessible. There is shopping close, restaurant & it's within walking distance to the concert venue for those who are able. We had a great trip, I will stay again 😁 "

"Everything was perfect from start to finish. We checked in with ease, our room was a lovely king corner with lakeview and balcony. The amenities in tbe room made it comfortable. There was also a Keurig coffee maker and 2 bottles of water in the mini frig. There was also fresh coffee, tea, and hot chocolate on the first floor which we enjoyed on our balcony. It was a lovely stay."
