« There is plenty of parking. The breakfast area was very clean and well attended.
The linens were terribly ruff and scratchy. The furniture in the room has seen better days. The place was rather noisy. We could hear the people in the room above walking around at 4 am! Then some weird noise started up i can’t even describe it. We didn’t get much sleep.
The best thing was the shower’s water pressure. »

« No one at front desk when I arrived. Had to use a 'kiosk' connection to get checked in. This was not a friendly or caring greeting. The person on the other side seemed fine and tried to be helpful; but, my hearing when someone has an accent is not good and I had to ask her to repeat a few times. On-screen, it was trying to put up 'closed-caption' type translation. I think she was asking about payment method - paying for cash or on a card; but, the CC put up " Oh my God." ... that threw me for a...

« The room was nice and breakfast options were good. We were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub when we arrived after traveling all day. However, the hotel rented out the conference room for a kid's birthday party and everyone from that party was in the pool and hot tub. There were probably 25-30 people in that small area, so there wasn't much room for any of the hotel guests until late at night. »
