"We have been traveling to Italy for 30 years. This is our first trip to Puglia and the first time we’ve rented through VRBO. From the beginning, the property manager, Hazel, has been extremely helpful. We are careful people, and always work to prevent reading into things, hence several inquiries to clarify amenities. We needn’t have worried. The house is exactly as described, and the photos don’t do it justice. The kitchen is well done, with everything you need to cook a nice meal. The appliances are new and of high quality. The living room is nicely furnished and comfortable…if you spend a moment inside. The bedrooms have bedside tables with lamps, good storage for clothes, and are bright and cheery. The real stars of the show are the newly remodeled fantasy bathroom with double shower and sinks, and the enormous pool, surrounded by a stone deck with 6 lounge chairs and a conversation corner with 2 chairs, a love seat, and coffee table. The outdoor areas are made very private by the mature landscaping, including the night blooming jasmine hedges that deliver their lovely scent to the property each evening. The terrazza is large and offers a conversation area as well as a choice of 2 dining tables, each seating 6, one in the sun and one in the shade. The trullo is quaint and is as charming as you’d expect, and also offers a bit of real privacy as it’s not connected to the main house. Your only problem will be tearing yourself away…"

"A wonderful Trulli, with an amazing outdoor space and pool nestled in the olive groves. In a quiet location but very close to great restaurants and places to visit and explore. The host is very responsive and helpful with any questions and the property also has Starlink internet connection which was a bonus. Highly recommend!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Villa Giulia - so peaceful and idyllic, beautiful countryside setting with the most stunning pool and garden. Plenty of space inside and equipped with everything we could need. Only a short drive from the lovely town of Ceglie Messapica and lots of other beautiful places to explore nearby. Check in/out was super easy, we had a lovely warm welcome and a local contact on hand throughout our stay who was super friendly and helpful :) Overall a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend this property."

"We had a really enjoyable stay in the trullo. The property is traditional, but spacious & well equipped. The swimming pool was perfect in the 30C heat. Ceglie Messapica is just a 5 minute drive away & well worth a visit. The only thing I would suggest to improve would be a larger patio table, & more outdoor chairs. The patio was perfect for al fresco dining."

"It was such a relaxing stay! The villa is really nice, quite, clean and spacious. The location is very strategic if you want to visit the nearby towns, my favourite were Martina Franca and Ostuni. The pool area was, in my opinion, the best feature of the house and that's where we spent the majority of our time, the children loved it! The property manager has been so kind and reliable whenever we needed him. Highly recommended if you want to have a nice holiday with your friends and family in Puglia."
