Motels à Cedar Rapids - Iowa City

« This is a historical building(heritage house)built in the late 1800. Stairs are steep and hallways very narrow. Has an old house musty odor. The AC in our room was something that sat on the floor with an exhaust tube running out the window. The panel that kept the window open kept falling out so we had to prop it for the AC to work properly. VERY LOUD AC NOISE. It is a virtual check-in. No ice machine. If your looking for history but not needing lots of fluff this could be your place. »

« Accueil sympathique et rapide, chambre bien équipée, cet hôtel est très bien entretenu. Toutes les chambres étant occupées, je pense que l’adresse est déjà renommée. Bien qu’il est noté qu’il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner, celui-ci est bien proposé gratuitement et est très correct. »

« Some distance from the main road and no neighboor next to my room so it was quiet and I slept well. The room need to be renovated. Everything is dark and smell bad. Althoug smoking is forbidden since many years, the old smoke smell has not been removed. Armchair, A/C, bedspread and curtains are very old and shall be changed. Lighting is insufficient. »

« The town of Cedar Rapids is getting a data center installed. The construction workers are staying at the hotel so it is at full occupancy. The room we were in looked like they were renovating it but they had not finished the job. There was spackle all over the wall in the bathroom. The handle to the shower kept pulling off. The mattresses were old and you could feel the springs. Not a great experience. But the place was pretty quiet so that was good. »

« Welcoming staff. Cheap but correct for the price. Good location The room was not cleaning, hairs and pubic hairs on the toilet. The room is very noisy, looks like i live with the neighbors upstairs »

« All common areas and room was very clean. Definite odor of carpet fresh type cleaner, which was not pleasant but tolerable. Hotel is very basic but beds are comfortable and it was quiet. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. »

« Worth the 30 minute drive from Iowa City or Cedar Rapids or Davenport additionally easy access from interstate 80 Comfortable and clean and a fantastic community »
