« Petit déjeuner lamentable »

« Within the first 10 minutes of being in the first room a cockroach crawled on the bed. There were rust marks all over and water damage on the ceiling. Crumbs were all over the floor and things previous guests had left remained on the floor. The room was clearly not cleaned. Thankfully they allowed us to switch rooms; however, this room had just as much water damage and the light was barely hanging onto the wall. Listing pictures need to be updated. »

« Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the variety but orange juice was only available the first morning we ate breakfast. This morning they ran out of plain bagels and the berry waffle mix. Staff was great- very attentive and addressed a barking dog the first night promptly when another guest told them at the desk(the room with the dog was by our room so we had noticed it as well) »

« I had a very pleasant stay at Comfort Inn in Schererville. The owner is young and welcoming, and the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were all excellent. The hotel is clean and in a convenient location near restaurants and cafés. One area for improvement: the in-room safes in our rooms were not working, and the coffee machine was dripping hot water. Overall, a nice hotel, and I would definitely stay here again. »
