"We loved staying here as the rooms, bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious with good size beds. Kitchen utensils were helpful for making pasta for kids 😊, it's closeby to all groceries and pharmacy. Nautical properties were quick in responding to all questions. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5, the door handles of bathroom and rooms were not working properly and I had to let the property management company know about it and no action was taken by owner when called, since I had a toolkit in car,...

"Really cool place with adjoining apartments, plenty of space to spread out. Location was good if you’re wanting to stay away from most of the hustle and bustle of Broadway. The place is still only about a 15 minute Uber or drive away from downtown so still very convenient. Would definitely recommend to others!"
