Improper relay of information from the owners & Hotels.com, The owners accepted a booking followed by an email saying the room was paid for, After my family had gone to that location the owners set an email saying the room was already occupied. They then switched the room for another unit in another building which means everyone had to get into a taxi at our own expense and go to the other location. After proceeding to the second location the owners sent a follow up email saying the first location was ready and go there. This whole process took almost 3 hours to settle. Why do they give us the run-around and waste or time and money?
