"This location is super convenient and it is only 5 mins away St Mark Square. Because we had a morning flight and when we arrived at the hotel was only 12pm, the check in time suppose to be after 2pm. The reception told us our room is ready which is perfect! We can dropped off our luggage and have extra time to walk around in the city. The staffs are professional and super friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel on the future."

"Chioggia is a great place to spend a fee days, people are welcoming and kind, the food is great and it is a short water and land taxi ride from Venice through Lodi. "What a lovely stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Our room was on the top floor, its smaller, but quaint. Bathroom was comfortable size. Asela was lovely, helpful, and accomodating. He made you feel so welcome! After we wandered for 20min from the taxi to the hotel, i couldn't believe how perfect the location was, it was a last minute booking and a great choice. Dont bring roller suitcases to venice. We watched everyone else struggle up and down those steps."

"This hotel is very centrally located, 1min walk from the water taxi, which is very convenient as in Venice you have to walk your luggage to your stay after getting off from the Water Taxi. The rooms are big and spacious. They have small kitchen and laundry, which was very handy. The only downside was that the beds were not that comfortable."

"Hotel is average three star very similar to other along the beach. The reception staff are friendly. Breakfast good - lovely bread and fruit but eggs and bacon greasy. Our room was small and dark with no room for cases or bags and only a small space round the bed. It was difficult to open the doors to the balcony as these opened onto the bed and likewise the wardrobe. This was okay for one night but any longer was claustrophobic. Overall everything looked a bit tired."

"Staff is not so nice, never asked if we were ok in the room, no cooling air conditioner just warming which We think we should have had more than one choices, so we had to open the windows to sleep. We spent two nights in the property and they never cleaned the room. The shower area is very small that I can’t ever wash my hair comfortable. The safe box is super old and no very reliable. Only few international tv channels, a lot of local channels. Not worthy! I would not recommend the property...

A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "
