« The property was very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. All was in great working order. My only issue was the height of the beds, very low to the ground. This was a slight issue for my mother. We did not have any issues with any appliances or WiFi. I would recommend this property to anyone, as long as they do not have problems climbing stairs. We live in a 2-story house so it was not a problem for us. »

« Never received check in instructions. I called the host to get them. I was allowed to check in a couple of hours early which was nice. The home was just tidy, not clean. Dirt spots on floors and walls. Dust on window sills. The back yard had not been mowed in probably a month or more. Swing set broken. I booked partially based on the back yard being a nice play area for my kids but they were unable to use it. We tried to get into the neighborhood pool but were denied access without an access...

« I was very disappointed with the property clean!! There was hairs everywhere in the master bathroom and all over the house!! Clean was very miserable!! I had great expectations on this place but no!! The house is very old and all the appliances are rusted!! I spend all the time I could out the house, it was awful!!! I was not expecting a brand new home but at least at 10/10 on cleaning!! There was no coffee or sugar in the place like the description pictures it was bad!! Very unsatisfactory...

15. Lovely 3-bedroom house with AC in San Antonio Lackland Area

Far West Side

« The location was about 15 mins from. Lackland AFB, which was important to us. The house is beautiful. Small backyard, which was perfect for us bc we had our son's dog with us. Took a little bit to figure out which switch was which, but we got it. If no one needs to sleep on the sofa in the game room I would recommend closing those doors and let the AC work for the main house. Chris responded quickly and very helpful. Highly recommend this house for a large family. »
