"The property was exceptional. The interior was very clean, restored to a high standard and well-equipped. The terraces and outdoor furniture were great, with super views down to the sea. Despite being relatively close to the road, this didn't detract from the setting at all. The pool was super. Francesca was helpful throughout and made the check in process easy, despite me having to change arrangements due to a problem en route. The area is beautiful and this made a great base from which to explore. Thank you for a superb stay!"

"Good communication with Rocco and very quick responses to questions. Rocco is a welcoming host and has a beautiful home. The pool is the star of the property with plenty of space to chill outside. The surrounding garden was immaculate and enhanced the beauty of the space. The property was very clean. The location was ideal with a supermarket nearby. The nearby town had bars, cafes, bakeries and a gelato shop. Ideally located to discover the nearby beaches. Rocco organised a boat trip for us to explore the caves. Highly recommend staying here."

"Loved the entire property. Nice rooms, pool, parking, and breakfast. There were 2 large groups staying there so they needed to figure out the dining a bit better. A group of 100 and another 35 were there so they set up for dinner for them and forgot about the other 10-12 guests but eventually ( once said we needed a place too) set up some tables outside for us."

"This is a beautiful, spacious, clean, well-cared for property. We just completed a very relaxing month long stay at the property. Giuseppe and Patrizia were gracious and helpful hosts. There were several holidays during our stay and they gave us tips on what will be closed and open and to be sure to have reservations, etc. They could not have been more pleasant. The property is easily walkable to everything Santa Maria di Leuca has to offer. We could not have been more pleased. We highly recommend this home. "
