« 1\. Das Hotel wirbt in seiner Beschreibung mit "Parkplätze verfügbar", mir wurde bei der Ankunft aber gesagt, die gebe es nur im Sommer. Ich musste auf der Straße parken, in einiger Entfernung. Für mich war das Vorhandensein von Parkplätzen ein entscheidender Grund, dieses Hotel zu buchen. 2\. Der Rezeptionist gab mir eine Schlüsselkarte, die nicht zur Tür des Zimmers passte, das mir genannt wurde. Auch der zweite Versuch scheiterte. Er sagte, die Zimmernummer sei falsch. Das Zimmer, das er mir...

« Accueil agréable en général mais j’ai été déçu par le fait que j’ai eu la mauvaise chambre. J’avais réservé un studio familial mais j’ai eu une chambre pour 3 personnes avec un sofa cassé j’ai dû dormir avec mes enfants sur le même lit mais j’ai réussi à avoir la bonne chambre la nuit suivante après réclamation. »
