« staff was amazing and attentive as much as possible. missing ceiling tiles, broken water leak stained ceiling tiles. 2nd night out heater/ac unit was in cooling set to 73 with fan in auto. woke up 3:30am, room was 67 degrees and unit not responding to thermostat commands. at 4-4:30 went to front desk to see if they had main breaker access.
