"Service was excellent. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, kind, and professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had an inconvenient situation with our room but the staff reacted quickly and appropriately. We appreciate the efforts made to make up for the unexpected situation that came up. Beach was pleasant. Food at the hotel was fresh and tasty. Enjoyed our stay."

"Location is fantastic. Unit is easily locatable and easily accessible to/from Valencia. Management company is quick to respond and helpful. Interior of unit is very usable and patios are relaxing. Unfortunately, some of the items in the interior need some attention, like the bath in the ensuite: where caulking causes leaking and drainage is slow, and a kitchen door needing to be reinstalled; which cost an afternoon of waiting for repair. Unit is accessible to a large grocery store, but the smaller shops in the complex offer a great selection of items."
