"Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, positiv: Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Ausstattung, Platzangebot für 2 Personen + Hund, Pool (der Pool-Wart kam 1 x pro Woche), Lage im Carrer Port Moxo/Port Royal. Schade war: auf dem 2 Balkon (Schatten am Nachmittag) war auf den Fotos eine kleine Lounge-Garnitur. Die war bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht da, daher konnte dieser Bereich gar nicht genutzt werden. Was grundsätzlich schade an der Wohnung ist: kein Aufzug und kein eigener Parkplatz, aber das wussten wir ja...

"Wir haben sehr gute Urlsub gehabt. Ferienhaus ist schön, groß und hat alles, was man in Urlaub braucht. Inhaber ist sehr nett, immer hilfsbereit, hat uns gute Tipps zum Ausflüge gegeben, wir dürfen sogar früher einreisen. Haus ist gross, hat schöne pool, aussenküche und Grill. Nicht zu weit von Strand und zum Zentrum. Bäckerei um die Ecke. Küche ist nur am 1 OG, was sehr unpraktisch ist, daswegen haben wir nur aussenküche genutzt. "This was a great place for our first “home” in Spain after moving to Empuriabrava on a long term visa. The house was small and efficient with a washer and clothes line. The property has a continuous wall and locking gate so it was perfect for our dogs. Thee are also a pair or cushy patio chairs to enjoy the wonderful weather and Tramuntana winds. "La maison est parfaitement équipée avec une piscine au sel très agréable pour se baigner à longueur de journée, nous en avons bien profité. Deux supermarchés (Supermercat, Lidl) à proximité (5 mn à pied) permettent de couvrir tous les besoins au quotidien (y compris presse et boulangerie). Le quartier est calme, à l'entrée de la Marina, mais un peu loin de la plage pour celui qui veut y aller à pied (compter 30 bonnes minutes). Heureusement nous avions nos vélos. "My wife & I really enjoyed our stay at the villa a quite & relaxing 11 nights everything there for us to use as a self catering holiday the owner William was there from start to finish as needed the only downside was the lack of wi-fi facilities at the villa but it didn't stop us enjoying the time we were there with many thanks Paul & Voni xx"

"Es waren wunderschöne Ferien, das Haus liegt in eine guten ruhigen zentralen Lage. Alles aber wirklich alles ist bestens Gepflegt. "Das Haus entspricht komplett den Bildern und den gegebenen Informationen. Man spürt, dass der Gastgeber es zeitweise auch selbst bewohnt. Eine Satelitenschüssel würde es perfekt machen. Vielen Dank Pedro und bis zum nächsten Mal!"

"Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...
