Situated in acres of private land where you can pick from the fruit trees and admire the olive olive trees which date back hundreds of years.
Once you enter through the grand electric into the private parking area you can see immediately how well maintained this property is.
The grounds, the luxury trullo, pool with jacuzzi and tennis courts are private only for yourselves. There are no other properties on the land and it is situated on a quiet country road so you will not be disturbed by passing traffic.

There are 4 beautifully finished bedrooms. Depending on how your group is made up we will prepare each of these as doubles or twins.
Quality, elegant soft furnishing surround you and the fourposter beds create a wonderful romantic feeling.
The shower rooms are spacious, fully tiles and finished as you would expect of a trullo of this standard.
The living area is tastefully decorated with one off items, beautiful leather couches and open log fire place.
The kitchen has all model appliances and is fully equipped if you wish to cook inside.
However most guest enjoy cooking and socialising outside in the summer months with friends and family and the outside space has been designed for this in mind.
The cooking area is very spacious and comprises of a pizza oven, separate barbecue and gas hob. Dine in comfort at the solid wood table which seats up to 10 people and is situated under the covered gazebo area.
From here you have open views over the swimming and the Puglia countryside.
The pool area has been fenced and gated to ensure small children do not enter unaccompanied, so once the gate is closed you can relax in the knowledge your children are safe.
For the more active and sporty amongst us there is the private tennis court within the grounds. You could work up a sweat with a game of tennis before cooling down in the pool or the fully air conditioned trullo.
Private lessons can be arranged on request if you wish to improve your game.
The trullo is situated close to Alberobello (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Castellana Grotte if you wish to dine out in the evening in one of the many excellent restaurants or explore these amazing historic towns. It is the perfect location to explore the local towns of Ostuni, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Martina Franca, Polignano a Mare and is just 20 minutes from the award winning beaches of the Adriatic coast.
Lecce and Matera (European City of Culture 2019) are around 1 hour away and undoubtedly worth exploring.
You could also spend the day at one of the many chic beach clubs and eat fresh fish at the local seaside restaurants.
In the past we have had public figures staying at the trullo and we take the security of guests and their belonging seriously. Although Puglia is a quiet area we give our guests peace of mind with an alarm system.
