« The entrance to the property was not properly described. Missed it the first time. The entrance is very narrow. Extremely disappointed in the hot tub. There were vines/weeds growing on the actual side of the hot tub (not in the ground next to it). There was no aid to enter the hot tub, like a step. Not safe. After hours of "warming up" it only increased 5 degrees. And the blowers didn't stay on. It was also creepy that there is a camera right in front of the hot tub. No privacy. I recommend...

« Everything was soectacular! We never expected to need to contact the property manager, but when the coffee msker wasnt working, they were tgere within 10 minutes with another one! Outside of that minor detail (with anazing response time), tge place was perfect! Its about 20 minutes outside of Fredriksburg, but thats what i wanted and the beautiful ranch, extra touches within the space and the countless deer that passed by made for a perfect weekend »

« We prefer privacy and quiet, and don't mind driving into town for a meal or shopping. This little 1 bedroom place is great. It has everything you need, is recently remodeled, updated fixtures and new appliances, comfortable living spaces, nicely decorated. Wifi works great, so does the hot tub. We enjoyed our romantic getaway here. There were a couple maintenance issues that arose, but Cozi the management company, was always fast to respond and fix the issues, and was always available to answer...

« Wonderful stay! Owners were super responsive when we needed anything! It was clean and comfortable. The only thing we had an issue with was how much chlorine was in the hot tub. »
