« The front desk wasn't helpful at all!! We booked a suite and was told Expedia over booked the location. The hotel was in desperate need over maintenance thru-out the whole building. The kitchen staff was nice and helpful, The food was about on par with most included breakfasts at most similar rated hotels. »

« We can’t wait to be back. Such a relaxing place to be. The host is simply great and we felt at home right away. It’s a great place being in nature but at the same time close to the airport (Nashville) and a good start to discover the Smokies. »
