"The magnetic entry card (room key) didn’t work coming back to the hotel at night. Could not enter from the parking lot. Not center into my room Bathroom bare wood door had water stains all over it. And worn wood and scratches all over the door. Water pressure in the bathroom sink was non existent. Just stuff one would see in a cheap hotel. Not the level of a high end hotel which Embassy once was. Also 2 out off the 3 check-in employees were in-your-face transgenders. Note to management you are catering to more than just a few percent of the universe of buyers. Train your employees to be respectful to your paying customers. Obviously great location and nice building with glass elevators. But I can see that they are letting the place go. Only thing on the positive side is that they have an excellent breakfast (omelets made to order))"

"I booked a double room with a tub - was told at check in they didnt have that room type - found out on day two that was a lie - was charged for parking even though it said that parking was free - dinner each night had a guy serving food with long long hair and no hair net gross - oh and he was a very grumpy guy also - food kept running out - drinks in the evening had to stand in line to get one for 15-20 minutes each night "
