"The staff was excellent, the rooms were large and clean, and everything was in working order, which now a days, often isn't the case. The breakfast that was included was the best we have had on our whole 2 week vacation. You will not leave hungry. My only complaint is that there was only one luggage cart for the whole hotel and one older guy decided it was his personal cart and kept it in use for way longer than needed. I guess there should be more than one cart for a whole hotel. but other...

"While the room was clean, the shower head was clogged and didn't work well. We had 3 guests with only 2 towels, so as I searched for another towel, I had to help myself to one in the laundry room because no one was at the desk for a long period of time. The ice machine didn't work, and when the young man did return to the desk, he told me to just go into the pantry and grab some (incredibly unsanitary!). The young lady who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful."
