"A great hotel that’s quiet, close to food, gas and shopping."

"We had 9 people coming in from VA, SC, TN, IL, and CA for a family wedding. Choosing to stay here was the most cost effective way for us to spend time together as a group. The house felt like home almost immediately. The host also runs a restaurant and brought over a pie shortly after the first of us arrived. The only awkward part is the upstairs restroom is inside one of the bedrooms, making it a challenge to use without disturbing those in that room (we filled the house to capacity). We made it work for our limited time there. Overall, it was a nice experience."

"Our stay at this property provided us with the space, peace and serenity our family needed on this trip to Charlottesville to out my grandson to rest. The host quickly addressed any concerns that arose. There was new sectional sofas that provided 2 separate pull out beds. There was an abundance of linens and cleaning supplies if needed. The pool water was fresh and sparkling and the extended 3 level deck was inviting. We truly enjoyed the peaceful environment. We would definitely consider staying at this property in the futures. A shopping center was about 10 minutes away. Charlottesville was less than 30 minutes away to include the airport. We would highly recommend."
