"We had a WONDERFUL stay here! The themed rooms were very charming, the history was fascinating to learn, and the hosts were very attentive to details. From the water fountains in the garden, to the hanging flower baskets, the porch swings, lights, freshly popped popcorn, the game room, fire table out back and all the uniquely designed rooms, the entire experience was lovely, relaxing and very welcoming. And then...there was the BREAKFAST. The staff were so kind and attentive - the service was phenomenal. The breakfast was included with the room, 3 courses predetermined that day by the chef...and it was truly truly amazing. We started fresh walnut date scones with a maple glaze, followed by a beautiful small fruit parfait with home made granola, then the eggs Benedict over a lovely stacked smoked/grilled ham and crispy haskbrown with home made hollandaise and fresh veggies on the side. We felt we were at a fine dining restaurant and it was truly one of the best breakfasts we've had anywhere! This level of charm, care, and personality, is a thing you don't find in big chain hotels. The only improvement I might suggest is adding AC units. We will be visiting again"

"Thank you Yvonne & Clinton for a truly wonderful stay! Your cabin is a gem, the location is stunning, the views never got old, and the interiors are beautifully done. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and settle in comfortably. A special mention for the board games, we hadn't played Sequence or Monopoly as a family in years, and after long days of exploring Nova Scotia it was the perfect way to wind down together. We made some great memories here and would love to come back. Highly recommended!"

"If you're looking for a charming place to stay in the heart of Parsboro, I highly recommend Evangeline Tower Bed & Breakfast. The owner is incredibly pleasant and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The B&B has a beautiful traditional atmosphere, filled with antiques and historic character that preserve its unique charm. There's also a friendly resident cat who loves attention, pets, and plenty of belly rubs—a wonderful bonus for animal lovers! And don't skip breakfast—it was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. A wonderful place with warm hospitality that we'd happily visit again."

"The house is immaculate and very comfortable. The views of the Bay of Fundy are spectacular, as is the beach, which has incredible geological features and an ever changing shoreline due to the rapid changes of tide. Most mornings you could walk out into the bay for hundreds of feet, and watch the tide come in at noon to the rocks lining the shore. Our hosts were amazingly responsive, friendly, kind and generous. When my friend found some nautical maps she had been searching for, our host's son MADE her a hand-made balsa wood box to carry them home in so that they wouldn't be damaged in flight. He helped us when the wi-fi went out so that we could watch a movie, and was so helpful with things to do and see in the area. When we said we three were musicians looking for some Irish and Celtic music, he left us CDs to take home with us! This place is remote, extremely quiet and so stunningly beautiful. It was the perfect retreat from the world for three old college friends to have a reunion. We cooked, we walked on the beach, we went to the charming towns nearby, the Geopark at Five Islands, the Dutchman's Cheese Shop, and ate the most fabulous seafood you can imagine. If you're looking for a true retreat from the hustle of everyday life, this is it! I know I want to return. "
