"My daughter and I had a GREAT vacation here. The pool is beautiful, the food is good & being able to walk right onto the beach and get a chair and an umbrella is a plus! Highly recommend!"

"I understand the policy we agreed upon but due to certain circumstances I do believe a discount should be applied there were several times during our stay that we experienced no hot water and had to beg hotel staff to help us because we were not given a help desk number to be able to contact you guys personally, also we were not given wash rags, or extra towels at any point during our stay and hotel staff also refused to give us any extras as well this was a complete inconvenience to us and made the stay somewhat unpleasant at times I hope you guys can fix this issue going forward, thank you !"

"We had a great time at this hotel. There were always plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available. The pool area was nice. We weren’t very prepared for how expensive everything is, so check out the menus ahead of time and be prepared. You may want to head to the store when you get here and stock up on drinks and snacks. It’s in a very walkable area, where you can be at great restaurants and bars in a 15 minute walk. Service in the lobby bar is outstanding. Fernando at the towel hut was the best thing about the whole resort! How could anyone be grumpy when he’s around!? Love you, Fernando! You’re fabulous!"

"The staff was exceptional, night life was great, pools are beautiful and service around the pool is a plus. We love the Banyon Tree so that is an attraction. Only drawbacks were the room does not have a lot of lighting but that is really the vibe of the whole hotel. The halls were noisy after 10 pm at night, certainly not the hotel’s fault. Overall, truly a very special place and I can’t wait to come back!"
