"Rooms were clean. Some ants came into the room after a storm. The staff addressed the issue very quickly by moving us to a new room and sending maintenance to check. Staff was always friendly and also very knowledgeable. The pool heater was out but we still enjoyed sitting in the cold pool in the rain and soaking in the hot tub. The pool area was quite nice with an abundance of towels, seats, lounge area, and a table available for relaxing or hanging out. The heaters was a plus for the cold nights. We did not partake in the breakfast/food/bar as we wanted to enjoy more local food and drinks. "

"This was the perfect spot for a night at Portland before heading back home. We especially loved the pool and the pool schedule, and the breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful--from the front desk to the housekeepers. We truly appreciated the hospitality. "

"It was amazingly quiet and comfortable. No complaints at all for the property or room. We did try the indoor Onsen bath in the morning. We had to call for the front desk clerk because at 630, it still was closed when it wss supposed to have been open since 5am. We'd like to use the outdoor one if we're back when the weather is a little nicer. (It was raining.) "

"I only interacted with two women that were working the front desk. The one who works early in the morning is very very nice, the one that works later in the day is not friendly whatsoever. She looks and talks to you like you’re an inconvenience. The room was clean and nice. They don’t has streaming services so you’re stuck watching cable. The walls are beyond paper thin, I heard everyone around me which made it very hard to sleep so I ended up leaving way earlier than anticipated. The location of it was convenient but I probably would seek out something better. "
