The house is located in the middle of Catania and Carlentini, full immersed in nature. It offers a big garden of 1000 m2, with pool and barbecue.  
  
The chalet of 300 m2 is developed into 2 levels, air conditioning all over and it's dotate with:  
\- 1 double bed room with a bathroom and jacuzzi;  
\- 1 double bed room with mezzanine and a single bed;  
\- 1 double bed room;  
\- a living zone with fitness forniture and billiards;  
\- kitchen complete with fireplace;  
\- 2 bathrooms with showers, one has the hot tube.
