"The friendliest service!! The staff here are all so kind and helpful. The property is a in a pretty tucked away spot but still convenient to main roads and restaurants etc. The hotel sits on a small lake and it makes the ambiance very serene. I loved that they had coffee and water available all day. Comfy bed too!! The bathroom could use some slight TLC in the details. Overall loved everything and will be back"

"I called Thursday to make sure my room was booked and my guest was on the check-in due to the fact I wasn't gonna be there til 1 am. He calls me to let me know that he was not on the check in and that there was nothing he could do so I spoke with front desk Jessica. She told me to call and talk to reservations so I did they gave me a run around hung up on me called back finally after 1.5 hours later I got him on the check in. But by then I was almost there so he just waited for me. Once I got there at 1am I went to my room to find the toilet was not working went down got a new room and the light wasn't working. Finally got to lay down after about 1 hour bs"

"For the price we paid it was not a great deal. We had trouble getting extra towels. Coffee was all that was offered."

"It was a perfect stay for our son’s graduation from FSU law school. The property was very peaceful with just a calming presence. The history about the house and inside was awesome. It served the purpose and more. The added touch of the graduation flag was awesome. Very easy to get in touch with and respond quick. We truly enjoyed our stay!! Even got to see some deer heading back to the house."

"I really can’t rate the hotel; I ended up not staying after we got there. The place looked sketchy and unfinished; I think they were under construction. When I went to the office, it was closed. A nice man came out of a room & greeted us, then knocked on the office door. Another nice man came out, but neither knew about our reservation. They called a woman, I assume the owner, and she confirmed our reservation, but our room wasn’t even ready at 6pm. I was done. We left. The lady they called left me a voicemail apologizing for the issues, but I really didn’t feel comfortable staying anymore."

"The rental is in need of repairs. None of us used the bathtub/shower in the en-suite bathroom, it was that bad. Not dirty just in need of replacing. The kitchen table was wobbly and should have been an outdoor set not indoor. It was a chilly evening and we all wished we had extra blankets to use for sleeping and there weren’t any. We would have loved to have coffee in the morning but didn’t see any supplies. It was a clean place to spend 1 night."
