« At the arrival we were disappointed to see that our room was not in main hotel . We didn't understood it was outside when we did the reservation about marina's room. Maybe a way to improve details on your site description. However the area is quiet, safe and has a good restaurant proposals. Really good swimming pool and breakfast. So we are happy about our stay. The minibus to go from hotel to room is not so practical . 3 times we called it but had to go by walk to go faster. »

"Notre expérience a été désastreuse, nous avions réservé 3 chambres et toutes avaient une odeur d'humidité prenante. Dans une des chambres , les meubles en était mouillés. Nous avons été obligés de demander plusieurs fois à changer de chambres. La demande a été prise en compte quand nous avons élevé la voix. Mais au final, les nouvelles chambres avaient le même problème d'humidité et d'odeur. Notre fils a commencé à tousser dans cet environnement humide. Pour en avoir discuté avec d'autres clients, ce problème d'humidité et d'odeur est récurrent. les chambres sont mal entretenues et le ménage laisse à désirer. La Tv n'etait plus encastrée dans le meuble, les joints de la SDB étaient dégoutants, la robinetterie et lavabo sales, l'accès à la piscine de la chambre avec des points de rouille . Le personnel au lobby (notamment Fadah) n'est pas compétent et ne veut pas d'effort pour résoudre les problèmes. L' hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles dès qu'on regarde en détail."
