Please also note that even in Florida, winter temperatures may drop, which can cause pools to cool down overnight to varying degrees depending on their size. Cancelation fee: For cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the arrival date; 95% of the grand total will be refunded to the tenant. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be issued. Personal On-Site Check-In (Mandatory): For safety, insurance, and legal reasons, a personal on-site check-in on the day after arrival is mandatory. Der typische Florida-Charme sorgt sofort für Urlaubsfeeling. Highlight ist das Boot direkt vor dem Haus – ideal für tolle Ausflüge auf das Meer. Ausserdem macht es Spaß in den Kanälen zu cruisen und die schönen Häuser zu bewundern.
