Cancelation fee: For cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the arrival date; 95% of the grand total will be refunded to the tenant. Personal Check-In: As arrival days are often stressful and it is rarely possible to arrive at fixed times, each guest will enter the house independently by using a code. For safety and Insurance reasons, we are required to match the guests present with those of the booking made. In addition, there are many questions about the house, and it is always easier if these things are explained personally and on site. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. Der typische Florida-Charme sorgt sofort für Urlaubsfeeling. Highlight ist das Boot direkt vor dem Haus – ideal für tolle Ausflüge auf das Meer. Ausserdem macht es Spaß in den Kanälen zu cruisen und die schönen Häuser zu bewundern.
