Inn at Santa Fe, SureStay Collection by Best Western
8/10 Good
"We have stayed at the Inn in Santa Fe in the past. We like the location and it suit us fine. I do not like that they do not have a coffee maker in the room. They do not clean the rooms daily. If you need trash removed or additional towels you need to call the front desk. They do have coffee available in the lobby. As a senior member of the traveling populations (I'm 77 and my wife is 82). It would make it much easier to have coffee available in the room.
The breakfast offered in the morning is very good. They always make sure they have plenty for all guests.
Staff are very friendly and professional and work hard to handle any concerns you may have."
"we reserved a king room. when we went to bed that night we realized the sheets and mattress cover were queen sheets. the fitted sheet pulled off the mattress all night. also, the bed was made with the flat sheet inside out. we realized that the flat sheet had a large stain on it. perhaps thats why it was made the way it was, to cover the stain.
the toilet ran off and on and the AC never shut off all night.
we will never stay at a baymont inn again. this was the first and last time. the biggest slap in the face was paying 192.00 including tax."
"Parking was an issue, I was with my friends and her e-bike which was securely locked was broke into right on the property. Thank goodness had secure locks, bike was still there but back bags and front stolen. Damage to the secure locks"
"Don't stay in room 202- no wifi, bath door won't close, coffee maker broken, squeaky bed and you can hear everybody else in the motel. A budget motel no matter what your rate"
"The bath tub had holes in the bottom and green-black stains in it. The bottom was also mushy and when you stepped into the shower, slimy water seeped out of the holes, YUCK!!
The ceiling had black mold growing on it.
The carpet on the floor had huge stains by the bed. There were also chicken bones behind the side table."
"The hotel was easy to find and within walking distance of a few restaurants. It's right on a a main road but was still very quiet. The staff was very helpful, breakfast was good. I didn't use the pool so cannot comment on it. I was only there one night but they were able to give me a late checkout as I was doing an organized bike ride the next day that wouldn't finish until 11:00."
