This apartment, perfect for sunny Cannes vacations, welcomes you with a beautiful living room facing the sea.  
  
The living space is divided into:

\- A fully equipped open kitchen (including dishwasher)  
\- A dining area for 4 people  
\- This room opens onto a terrace equipped with a garden lounge and a second dining area, where you can enjoy an incomparable sea view.  
  
The comfortable bedroom offers:  
  
\- A queen-size bed (160cm)  
\- A large wardrobe  
\- A spacious shower room (with integrated WC) and separate WC complete the space.  
  
WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD  
  
Stepping out to enjoy the sun, you can:
