Stairs to the loft are narrow and slippery, very dangerous Concierge office is not open, I use Expedia when traveling because I do not like surprises, This booking was full of unpleasant surprises. "The best part of our stay was Elena, her communication was great, always at the end of the phone to answer my queries. Shower was lovely. The rest of the property was a bit run down, door handle on to balcony (which didn't have any furniture as per the pictures) kept coming off. Double bed was very very creaky.
