Super cozy. A little cold in that downstairs bedroom, but other than that the facilities were great! Wonderful kitchen and a great space upstairs for board games.

The space was perfect for our needs, we had a friends weekend and had more than enough room. The outside could've used some clean up as there were some items laying around the back of the house and the fire pit which didnt make it very inviting. Otherwise the inside was very comfortable and nicely designed with all the items necessary for a good weekend. The beds were very comfortable, the views were beautiful, check in was seemless. Great family house

Has a great stay as a family of 5 in this house. The house felt spacious and was good home base for us to attend a family wedding at Owl’s Nest. The host was accommodating and gave us all the info we needed. I would stay here again.

Great Cottage for Laconia Weekend

Stayed at the cottage for 4 nights and very happy with the accomodations. Lots of room for our group and the house had all of the amenities of home. Perfect location for exploring the area on motorcycles for the Laconia rally.

We had a great time in the house. We had everything we needed, and the house was clean and pleasant. There are several family spaces, and the rooms are spacious. The location is superb, too.

Weekend in the mountains

Our stay in Waterville Valley was wonderful! I can’t say enough great things, the house was clean and inviting. Great location and had everything our large family needed for our weekend stay. The homeowners were so responsive when I messaged with a couple questions and their suggestions prepared in the home for where to eat were much appreciated! Perfect little getaway!

Family trip for a family wedding

Needed a place big enough to fit a number of family members to attend a family wedding at Owl's Nest. This place was perfect! Lots of bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and two comfy gathering spaces. The owners were attentive and helfpul.

The space and layout were exactly what we were looking for, very satisfied. Very clean, our only issue was the door lock, we’ve had many rentals with the same and similar locks, I feel maybe this on is worn out possibly. That was our only issue, I would definitely recommend.

Cozy comfort

We rented this property for a wedding/family reunion. The three comfortable living room areas worked out wonderfully. The main living area, dining, kitchen, and large outdoor deck accommodated us well for evening cookouts on the grill!

very nice property. the driveway needs ruts filled in. leaves made passage up the hill quite an adventure. there is no mountain view from the deck.

Amazing!

We were in town for a wedding and a few of us decided to split the cost for a house instead of hotel rooms. We were so happy we did. The house was in a beautiful area and was perfect for what we needed. Lots of space to spread out. Very clean and comfortable. Felt like home away from home. My 10 year old son was sad we were leaving and requested we stay there again some day. Host were friendly and responsive to any questions. It really made for an enjoyable few days. Would definitely stay there again if we traveled back that way.

Absolutely gorgeous!!

Would highly recommend this stay to anyone, perfect for accommodating 10 people. We ended up having 9 people total and there was a place for everyone to sleep plus extra spaces. The house was perfectly clean, plenty of towels were provided. Asked the host to turn up the heat and they immediately replied letting us know where we could turn it up and they also turned it up for us. Very nice to have a garage space when it’s snowing. The living space has a big tv and couch making it the perfect hangout spot for a group of people. Check in was super simple, we had a completely stress free stay. Absolutely would recommend. Thank you to the hosts for the wonderful accommodations :)

As advertised (with a couple of issues)

We found the property generally as advertised with a few issues needing attention: - The stove is in need of repair/replacement. The left front burner doesn't work at all, and the right front burner works only intermittently - The screen to the deck is difficult to slide (needs lubrication) - The cornhole boards are warped and unusable. They should replaced or the website needs to be updated to not include those as amenities. Other than those issues, it was a pleasant stay in a beautiful location. We stayed at the beginning of July and it was hot and humid. Although the house doesn't have AC, there are plenty of fans to keep the air circulating. A dehumidifier at the ground level kept that level cool and dry. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms throughout the house. Can sleep up to 10 people.
