"Very clean and comfortable rooms, great shower, fridge in rooms. Superb breakfast buffet including hot breakfast and lunch items (the beef stew was the best) and very good coffee. I used the wet sauna which was perfectly hot but I did not like that towels are not provided at the pool/sauna. The dry sauna was under repair. Very good location (walk to mall, supermarket, bus stop, and beach) and quiet for sleeping. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!"

"the rooms are very nice with good views. But service fails a lot. Ask for room cleaning and when you come back it has not been done. Also personnel go among different floors with the intercoms at high volume as if it were a construction site with no inhabitants. It is a lack of respect the way employees communicate among them as if they were in the Vietnam War. Intercom should be heard ONLY by them, not by all the guests. I told them many times for many years but it seems nobody cares. Anyway I will go on lodging there because it is my favorite in town"

The card keys stopped working multiple times and we had to go to the front desk to get new ones. I found a giant cockroach in the drawer with my clothes the second day when we had to switch rooms. The building is old and tired. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good"
