Relaxing beachfront setting to watch wildlife and tides! Kayaks & fun included!

  • C'est une maison en bord de mer sur les rives basses avec de belles terrasses pour la détente.

    Il s'agit d'une propriété unique de 5 étages. Beaucoup de fenêtres et de terrasses sont idéales pour profiter de la vue. Bien que la maison soit spacieuse et confortable, le maximum de 4 personnes est ferme (en raison de la capacité septique limitée et des réglementations du quartier) et la maison est mieux appréciée par les adultes et les enfants plus âgés. Il n'y a pas de dispositifs de sécurité pour enfants à l'intérieur ou sur les ponts ou les escaliers. Nous ne proposons que les 2 lits king size, pas de lits supplémentaires, etc. La maison a une sensation TRÈS ouverte. Les seules portes intérieures se trouvent sur les salles de bain.

    Rez-de-chaussée = stockage verrouillé
    2e étage = chambre avec lit king et 3/4 salles de bain
    3e étage = cuisine, salon et salle à manger, 1/2 salle de bain
    4e étage = mezzanine de la suite principale ouverte avec lit king et salle de bain principale
    5e étage = petit loft - actuellement vide

    Cuisine complète avec appareils électroménagers modernes en acier inoxydable, barbecue à gaz extérieur, télévision grand écran au rez-de-chaussée, 2e télévision à écran plat dans la chambre principale et wifi. Adoucisseur d'eau et purification par osmose inverse pour l'eau potable. Grande baignoire et douche dans la suite principale. Chambre au niveau inférieur a sa propre salle de bain et douche privées. La cabine elle-même est finie en pin noueux et en bois pour une sensation de cabine unique. La cabine est orientée à l'ouest pour des couchers de soleil spectaculaires depuis l'une des 3 grandes zones de pont.

    Veuillez noter qu'en raison de la proximité de la plage avec notre petit puits d'eau douce, nous ne pouvons pas fournir de services de blanchisserie. Nous apprécions sincèrement vos efforts dans la conservation de l'eau douce.

    La plage est spectaculaire. La baie est désignée comme réserve faunique (propriété du Whidbey / Camano Land Trust) où les oiseaux migrateurs passent chaque année. Des kilomètres de plage tranquille pour se promener, certains sablonneux, certains rocheux, toujours beaucoup de bois flotté à découvrir. La marée fluctue considérablement, donc lorsque la marée est très basse, vous pouvez marcher et explorer toute la baie. Apportez votre planche à pagaie ou utilisez nos 2 kayaks assis pour explorer encore plus cette magnifique baie isolée. Une escapade fantastique et facile. C'est une magnifique cabine de l'île de San Juan, accessible sans nécessiter de trajet en ferry. 15 minutes de l'Interstate 5.

    Il est décoré dans un style de plage confortable et chaleureux. Vous pouvez vous détendre dès votre arrivée.

The kitchen was completely equipped and the pantry of items needed for cooking was amazing. The technology for Wi-Fi everywhere and syncing to the TVs was easy and sound system was excellent. The accommodations was excellent. The views were magnificent. The lighting throughout the day and night with the many windows was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again and again.

Great house! Not fancy, but very comfortable. Excellent location, great neighborhood, and beautiful views of Livingstone Bay. I highly recommend it.

Wonderfully relaxing and quiet. Great location. The house was very well laid out with decks and upper and lower bedrooms. Especially noteworthy was the very thoiughtfully organized kitchen with all of the necessary implements easily found. (One small item we couldn't find was a tea strainer)

Peaceful retreat

Large house with beautiful views and a cozy setup. The master bedroom upstairs was like a retreat with is soaking tub. House was well appointed and clean. Enough space for 4 adults to have privacy.

God Shed His Grace On Thee

Gorgeous home at equally gorgeous location. I booked this location due to its elements remincent of beloved family vacations in the mountains and on a lake in New Hampshire. Our stress of the trip across the country immediately dissipated as soon as we turned onto the road leading to the property. And the property, WOW. Thank you for the opportunity to reconnect with our family surrounded by calm, beauty, and fun.

We were aware that there were several levels and stairs to climb and being over 70 , all4 of us, we were exhausted afterwards! Would not recommend if having any mobility issues!

Great relaxing get-away with beautiful view

My husband and I have stayed at this coastal hide-away several times. The large kitchen is set up for cooking and baking (sharp knives!) with a well stocked coffee/tea bar. The king mattress in the loft is a Sleep Number so very comfy for both of us. The host accommodates my need for scent free linens/towels. We enjoy watching the tides and wildlife in the bay from the high viewpoint the house provides. Eagles fly by the windows. It's on a quiet little dead end street and you can pop over to Stanwood or walk the trails at the numerous Camano Island parks. We are very happy to have come across this unique property.

A wonderful place to decompress at the start our vacation

This was the first of three houses we rented in WA before our 4-nights in Olympic National Park. We selected this house because of the proximity to the water, the views, the deck, and the quiet location. It did not disappoint. We made good use of the kitchen and enjoyed simple but delicious meals at the house, and ate every meal on the deck. We walked along the shore at low tide and also visited the nearby state parks. We appreciated the wealth of information about the area that the host provided. The bay that the house is on is a hoot -- it almost completely drains during low tide. We did not use the kayaks but were thankful for the advice to check the tide table before venturing out. The house is bright, the beds are comfortable, the outdoor grill worked well and the kitchen is well stocked. Although our stay was short (only 3 nights), we left feeling relaxed, content, and well rested.

The best place for tranquility

We came in April 2022 for a vacation to see as much of Washington as possible. Camano Island is perfect for visiting all areas north of Seattle. From whale watching on Anacortes, The Tulip Festival, and driving through the Cascades, we enjoyed coming back to the beech house for relaxing and resting. The house is beautiful and comfortable. It is nestled on a quiet road and is perfect for tranquil solitude. The views from the large windows on every side are beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had unlimited coffee for early morning warming as we did not expect to have snow in April. The location is not but an hour away from Seattle; in no traffic. After landing at Seatac and driving through the traffic of Seattle, we were happy to stay in the area to eat. Jimmy's Pizza in Stanwood is fantastic.

The house was very comfortable. I LOVED sipping my coffee and watching the waterfowl in Livingston Bay in the very quiet mornings. I would absolutely go back. There are almost no blinds on the windows, which takes some getting used to if you're wanting optimal privacy. In fairness, though didn't try, I think it'd be pretty hard to see inside the house. On the plus side, it allows for lots of natural light, which we loved!

Peaceful and comfortable

We loved the stay here. The home is in a perfect location, well appointed, tidy, and had everything we could have needed. The neighbors were very friendly, too. Loved watching all of the birds, as well as otters out in the water.

Take a breath! Ahhhhh

3 adult busy adult women looking to reconnect. Reconnect with each other. Reconnect with nature and reconnect with quiet. We loved this property for the open concept. Yet the rooms are placed on opposite sides of the home. We were able to cook in the well stocked kitchen. The morning coffee views were snuggly and cozy. Afternoon reads on the many balconies. We walked along the beach and learned about the tides and local birds. We appreciated the binoculars. Talked to the lovely woman next door and other neighbors on my walk. The Camano Island town square area is so quant and sweet. Great coffee, bakery, lunch foods and then a tap house. We sat outside on picnic tables and listened to live music. Also visited the farmers market. Loved it! Lovely home with everything you need to reset!

A Seaside Oasis

I have stayed at numerous short term rentals over the years, and I believe this one was the cleanest! The house’s tall stature, large windows and sky lights make you feel as if you are living in a deluxe, comfortable, light filled treehouse, and the wood interior is very warm and cozy. The kitchen has a wonderful, spacious layout. If you are a light sleeper, and or have any difficulty with stairs, you will want to claim the downstairs bedroom which has it’s own bathroom. I personally loved the master suite loft bedroom with its own spa-like bathroom with a jetted tub! I am familiar with Livingston Bay so I planned accordingly for our water activities to take place during the high tides. Fortunately we had high tide before noon every day and then again in the evening, after watching a glorious sunset we went for a paddle with the kayaks, including an evening swim in the warm, shallow bay! I definitely plan to stay here again.

Camano Island BnB

This home was lovely. Views were phenomenal and beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishware, cooking implements, flatware, seasonings, etc. The only downfall are the steps. As I was celebrating my 70th birthday, the number of steps made it a bit difficult. The property manager was great to deal with and was very responsive to my inquiries.

Beautiful Gem!

We were looking forward to our stay and were definitely not disappointed. The accommodations were as indicated and very clean. The rooms were very comfortable. The views of the water and surrounding area were a definite plus! Communication was prompt and the property manager was very accommodating. While we enjoyed the property, it is less likely that someone who has a problem with stairs may enjoy it as much. We would highly recommend this property for others!
