It is located near Puerto Blanco beach, and close to the town, where you will have access to all services in less than 5 minutes by car. The house has incredible views up in the hills and the swimming pool was perfect. The apartment has a very well equipped kitchen so we were able to prepare meals at home. The very nice location in view of the sun and the location of the swimming pool, just outside the villa. No other floors than the ground floor. After our comment last year actually nothing has changed, loose floortiles. Some doors of the kitchen cabinets were were loose which I repaired with only my crewdriver…. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. If you struggle with mobility then this is not the villa for you, there are a lot of steps and the villa is set on a steep mountain side. There is a tiny private beach about a 15 minute downhill walk away, and a busier large beach about a 30 minute walk away. This is a very hilly area so be ready to climb! I cannot fault the villa itself, it has everything you need for a fantastic get away including an incredible view and private pool. There are lots of roosters in the area that crow incessantly throughout the day but the blackout blinds muffle the sound and ensure you get a good night's sleep. Calpe is a lovely town but with a relatively quiet nightlife. Overall we had an amazing time here and villas Guzman were extremely helpful throughout the booking process. ##### Sarah E.
