On the GROUND FLOOR, you will discover a spacious living room with SAT/DTT TV, a cosy dining room with views of the imposing Peñón de Ifach. The fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher adds comfort to your stay. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning, will provide you with the necessary rest. Additionally, you will find a bathroom with shower and a toilet.



The UPPER FLOOR offers a bedroom with two single beds and access to a solarium with panoramic views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach.



EXTERIOR:



The spacious plot includes a covered terrace with a brick barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. The rectangular 8x4 m pool, with metal stairs, is the perfect place to cool off and relax. It also has a garage for one vehicle on the same plot.

This villa is located in a privileged location, combining the tranquillity of the area with proximity to beaches and shops. Just 1.2 km from the nearest sandy beach and the centre of Calpe, and with a supermarket only 750 m away.



OBSERVATIONS:
