"The property itself was well maintained, clean, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay: linen, cooking utensils, toys for the kids and even a gorgeous welcome pack when we arrived. Communication with the owner made check-in easy. Located in a quiet street and a short walk to the espy where you can swim. Thank you for having us!"

"The hosts , Mandy snd Mark are warm and welcoming. Super friendly and helpful. Dog loving people which made my stay all the more relaxing knowing that my pup was made so welcome. The neighbourhood is so friendly. Great location, only a stones throw to the beach, dog park , walking paths and boat club. Unit is spacious and comfortable with everything you need. Highly recommend"

"Good location, close to everything we needed, which was a big plus. However, the unit really needs pest spraying — we saw a lot of cockroaches during our stay, which was uncomfortable. It’s also important to note that there is no air conditioning, only fans, which made it quite hot at times. We also had issues with the power repeatedly tripping. The kitchen was very limited in supplies (e.g. not enough glasses, toaster was broken so we had to use grill for toast which was a PITA, basic essentials were lacking — only one roll of toilet paper for 4 people over 5 night stay, no hand soap provided. Unit could also really benefit from a more thorough / deep clean, grubby marks on a couple of walls etc. Overall, the location is good, but the unit itself needs better maintenance, cleanliness, and stocking of more basic items. Installing air-conditioning would also make a huge difference to comfort. Would I stay again?, probably not unless I read reviews with some of these things being improved, mainly aircon. "
