The building has a gorgeous rooftop patio with views of Sunnyside, downtown, the mountains and Kensington. Amazing roof top common area - views were top notch. You enter the unit from the alley which was a little hard to find and well an alley but once inside it was clean & homey. Laundry amenities key for a family! Pull out couch could have had a little more mattress but made do. Property Management team responsive & patient with questions & requests. ##### Kim B. Right next to a large grocery store & umpteen small casual bites around the corner. Parking is outside & about 1/2 block away but we had good weather so this was a non issue. The views were of homeless, graffiti and garbage in the alley. We witnessed an exchange between people who were questionable dealers located next door to us. It was a bit unnerving to say the least.
