Enjoy a stylish and luxurious experience at this centrally located loft space in the Beltline, Calgary's trendiest neighbourhood. This modern and stylish corner suite is flooded with natural light & was meticulously designed from top to bottom with gorgeous contemporary furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, & all of the attention to detail one would expect in a designer luxury condo. Steps to Downtown Calgary's best shops, cafe's, galleries and restaurants, all within a few short minutes.

The space
This stylish apartment features a spacious primary bedroom with built in closet space equipped with an abundance of hangers. It also features a light filled fully enclosed home office with a door which is perfect for those working remotely for some added privacy. The modern fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a gas range, stainless steel appliances and a Nespresso coffee maker. The living room features a plush queen size sofa bed & a stylish modernist arm chair with ottoman as well as a 45" flat screen tv. The best part of this room is the floor to ceiling wrap around windows with a South West exposure, letting in tonnes of natural light and giving you nice views of the surrounding neighbourhood.

Home away from home

This was a lovely place to stay. Everything you could need and a short walk from lots of food options. Great for any length of stay although you’ll definitely want to stay longer.

Great for a girls trip!

This place was such a cute loft and perfect for our small group of three. We came down for a bachelorette and it was so close to everything we wanted to do downtown. Loft was clean, beds were comfortable, and there were lots of mirrors and plugs around the place which was great for getting ready as that can be a struggle sometimes with multiple girls. Overall a great stay!

Sehr schönes und großes Apartment in der Nähe der 17. Avenue, somit eine große Restaurantauswahl fußläufig erreichbar. In die Downtown ist es etwas weiter, aber abends mit Uber nur 10 CAD bezahlt. Es gibt eine komplette Küche, Fernseher, Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Great Place!

Great condo near downtown and close to all the restaurants and coffee shops on 17 Avenue. The place is very modern with everything you need if you prefer to cook at home. We would stay here again!

Property is in an ideal location, just a 5 min walk to Uptown 17th Ave. and it looks as described in the photos provided. However, the bathroom was not cleaned in between guests. Toilet and sink were visibly dirty. Tub had hair from previous guests, which, once the shower was turned on, washed off - which indicates the shower was not turned on after the last guest used it (not cleaned), which is unsanitary. Bedding had a large wet stain on the duvet, which, after taking the duvet cover off to throw in the washer - matched a big stain on the actual duvet that was yellow/brown. Both towels in the bathroom had unsightly stains. One was crusted with a dark red/brown fluid and multiple yellow/brown stains that seeped through the other side. The other had a yellow/brown stain on one side. Fortunately they had more towels in the wardrobe but best to just bring your own towels. Kitchen table had some crumbs on it. I tried to let the owner know by replying to their message providing info on check in but they did not respond. Parking is on-street, but extremely difficult to find a spot as the streets are fully lined with cars. We managed to find 1 spot a block over and did not move our car during our entire stay but noticed, over the 2 days we were there, there were no other available spots to park within a couple block radius at least. I did like that they had a full kitchen, washer/dryer, (spices, cooking oil, syrup were provided in kitchen but not used). Dishes, mugs available.

Quiet comfort

Quiet neighbourhood, central location close to all amenities. I was there during Stampede and it was a delight to return to this comfortable, air conditioned loft property after a long day in the sun! Highly recommend it to others.

Quiet, clean & bright

Very quiet location. Close to 17th Ave restaurant area. Nice flat area allowing walks to the city and waterfront areas. Very happy to recommend this. Dan was great to communicate with, and offered dining suggestions. They gave us directions to the 17th Ave food precinct. Unit was very clean.

Super Standort zum Erkunden der Stadt. Bei mehreren Tagen in Calgary empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen. Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Kleinere Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Wir sind mit dem Auto etwas aus der Stadt raus zum Essen gefahren. Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und die Schlüsselübergabe verlief super nett.
